移動健康，即Mobile Health 或mHealth，是近年來得到學術界和產業(yè)界廣泛關注的一個熱點問題。對“移動健康”的簡單理解就是“移動促進健康”，更進一步可以定義為“通過移動通信技術來改善普通大眾的醫(yī)療和保健條件，并積極影響他們的行為和生活方式朝著有益于增強健康和提高生活品質的方向發(fā)展”。

移動健康服務

隨著物聯(lián)網技術日趨成熟和醫(yī)療信息化水平的不斷提高，在醫(yī)療健康行業(yè)，包括慢病監(jiān)護、遠程診療和遠程急救等業(yè)務在內的醫(yī)療健康監(jiān)測應用，已呈現出越來越廣泛和緊迫的需求。

Mobile Health (mHealth)

Mobile Health (mHealth) is an area of electronic health (eHealth) and it is the provision of health services and information via mobile technologies such as mobile phones and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs).

Mobile Health Focus Areas Emerging trends of interest within mHealth include the use of mobile technologies in the following areas: Emergency response systems (road traffic accidents, emergency obstetric care, etc.) Disease surveillance and control (Malaria, HIV/AIDS, TB, chronic diseases- esp. diabetes) Human resources coordination, management, and supervision. Synchronous and asynchronous mobile telemedicine diagnostic and decision support for clinicians at point-of-care. Remote patient monitoring and clinical care. Health extension services, health promotion, and community mobilization. Health services monitoring and reporting. Health-related m-learning for the general public. Training and continuing professional development for health care workers.
