2、數(shù)據(jù)準備(以2017-2018年周期為例)

需要準備的數(shù)據(jù):食物模式等效物膳食攝入量;營養(yǎng)攝入情況;人口統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)。

①在食物模式等效物數(shù)據(jù)庫(FPED)下載對應周期的食物模式等效物膳食攝入量文件:

FPED數(shù)據(jù)庫鏈接:

圖片下載后解壓得到fped_dr1tot_1718.sas7bdat和fped_dr2tot_1718.sas7bdat兩個文件。②在NHANES數(shù)據(jù)庫對應周期的飲食數(shù)據(jù)當中下載營養(yǎng)攝入情況:DR1TOT_J.XPT和DR2TOT_J.XPT
圖片③在NHANES數(shù)據(jù)庫下載對應周期的人口統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù):DEMO_J.XPT。圖片至此文件夾中一共得到了5個文件圖片3、飲食模型指數(shù)計算(以2017-2018年周期為例)
安裝并加載包和數(shù)據(jù)
