摘要

飲食與健康關系密切，通過飲食療法防治糖尿病(diabetes mellitus，DM)前景良好。既往許多大型臨床研究證實，飲食干預可預防甚至逆轉DM的進展?；A研究亦探索了飲食療法改善DM的相關機制。限食療法、飲食結構調整、進餐順序調整都可達到改善血糖的目的。探究飲食結構與DM相關血管病變間的聯(lián)系，基于飲食和營養(yǎng)靶向菌群以防治DM亦具有較大潛力。同時，中草藥作為膳食補充劑應用于臨床，仍需更多臨床證據(jù)支持。本文將針對既往飲食療法干預DM的研究作一綜述，以期為臨床診治DM提供參考。

Abstract

Diet is closely related to health, and diet therapy is good for diabetes mellitus(DM). Many large clinical studies have confirmed that dietary intervention can prevent or even reverse the progress of DM. The basic research also explored the mechanism of diet therapy to improve DM. Food restriction therapy, dietary structure adjustment and meal sequence adjustment can achieve the purpose of improving blood glucose. It also has great potential to explore the relationship between dietary structure and DM related vascular diseases, and target flora based on diet and nutrition to prevent and treat DM. At the same time, the clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine as a dietary supplement still needs more clinical evidence. This paper reviewed the previous research on diet therapy intervention in DM, in order to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of DM.
