雅培運(yùn)營管理培訓(xùn)生

雅培運(yùn)營管理培訓(xùn)生項(xiàng)目是雅培全球范圍內(nèi)培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀運(yùn)營管理人才的項(xiàng)目。運(yùn)營管理培訓(xùn)生將被指派到雅培現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營組織機(jī)構(gòu)中，雅培提供為期三年的在職輪崗，包括海外輪崗。通過在職培訓(xùn)，資深經(jīng)理親自帶教及輪崗，運(yùn)營管理培訓(xùn)生可以對(duì)雅培的業(yè)務(wù)有一個(gè)全面的認(rèn)識(shí)，為將來在雅培公司長期的職業(yè)發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。

Program Highlights

Operations PDP (OPDP) members begin their career at Abbott as a part of the 3-year Program designed to provide participants with a broad growth and development through breadth and depth of Operations experience.

Upon completion of the program, they graduate out into their next full-time post-program position and continue growing their career and contributing as an Abbott professional using the foundation of skills, experience and network developed during their time in the program.

Program Overview

Over the course of 3 years, an OPDP member will engage in three critical career experiences to accelerate learning.

There will be 3 different assignments in different divisions or in different functional areas of Technical, Supervisory and Operations Excellence.

There will be development & experience through rotation opportunities in Production, Engineering, Quality, Project Management, Operation Excellence, etc.

通過在生產(chǎn)、工程、質(zhì)量、項(xiàng)目管理、卓越運(yùn)營等方面的輪換機(jī)會(huì)，將獲得發(fā)展和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Rotation Guidelines

3 assignments (12 months each) in different division and/or in different functional areas.

No assignment is repeated; each is with a different Assignment Manager.

OPDP member starting the program in July 2024 will complete a three-year program with the final international (overseas) rotation ending in June 2027.

輪換指南

不同部門和/或不同職能領(lǐng)域的3項(xiàng)任務(wù)（每個(gè)任務(wù)12個(gè)月）。

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s in Engineering (Automation/Mechanical/Electrical), Automation, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Food Science, or related disciplines (Only for graduates of 2024)

Interest in pursuing a career in Operations – Production, Engineering, Plant Quality, etc.

Track record of outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities.

Has the capacity to apply skills and knowledge to address operational challenges and add value to the business.

Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Possess strong interpersonal, leadership & communication skills.

Eager to learn and has the flexibility and willingness to work on different projects.

Previous work experience in internship or co-op work experience.

Fluent in Mandarin and English.

雅培運(yùn)營實(shí)習(xí)生，旨在為雅培運(yùn)營管理培訓(xùn)生項(xiàng)目儲(chǔ)備人才，優(yōu)秀的實(shí)習(xí)生將有機(jī)會(huì)作為運(yùn)營管理培訓(xùn)生聘用。實(shí)習(xí)生將被指派到雅培現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營組織機(jī)構(gòu)中實(shí)習(xí)。我們?yōu)榭释砷L的優(yōu)秀學(xué)生提供富有挑戰(zhàn)性的項(xiàng)目實(shí)戰(zhàn)歷練，導(dǎo)師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃以及豐富的部門內(nèi)外活動(dòng)。實(shí)習(xí)生可以掌握先進(jìn)的運(yùn)營管理知識(shí)，同時(shí)有機(jī)會(huì)全方位鍛煉個(gè)人能力，為職業(yè)生涯奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

要求：

?2024應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)，海內(nèi)外重點(diǎn)高校全日制本科生或者碩士生

?生物技術(shù)，生物工程，藥學(xué)/醫(yī)藥，食品工程，自動(dòng)化，電氣工程，機(jī)械工程，工業(yè)工程，高分子材料和工程，化學(xué)工程，應(yīng)用化學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)

?合作、創(chuàng)新、快速學(xué)習(xí)、優(yōu)秀的溝通及語言表達(dá)能力、全球化思維

?有興趣從事運(yùn)營方面的工作，如生產(chǎn)、工程、工廠質(zhì)量等
