冰箱保鮮技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展

摘要： 探討了冰箱保鮮技術(shù)的研究進(jìn)展,包括物理保鮮、化學(xué)保鮮和生物保鮮三大類方法。介紹了傳統(tǒng)冰箱保鮮技術(shù),包括直冷式與風(fēng)冷式冰箱的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),以及基于精準(zhǔn)控溫、分區(qū)貯藏和氣體控制的保鮮技術(shù)。新型冰箱保鮮技術(shù)方面,電、磁場保鮮技術(shù)、光照保鮮技術(shù)和等離子保鮮技術(shù)等前沿技術(shù)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。提出冰箱智能化應(yīng)以食品保鮮為核心,結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)優(yōu)化人機(jī)交互體驗(yàn),并提供科學(xué)的貯藏建議。未來冰箱保鮮技術(shù)將向多元化和智能化發(fā)展,以滿足消費(fèi)者對高品質(zhì)、安全食品的需求。

Abstract: Explored the research progress of refrigerator preservation technology, including three categories of methods: physical preservation, chemical preservation, and biological preservation. This article introduces traditional refrigerator preservation techniques, including the advantages and disadvantages of direct cooling and air-cooled refrigerators, as well as preservation techniques based on precise temperature control, partitioned storage, and gas control. In terms of new refrigerator preservation technology, cutting-edge technologies such as electric and magnetic field preservation technology, light preservation technology, and plasma preservation technology have been widely applied. Propose that the intelligentization of refrigerators should focus on food preservation, optimize human-machine interaction experience with Internet of Things technology, and provide scientific storage suggestions. The future refrigerator preservation technology will develop towards diversification and intelligence to meet consumers' demand for high-quality and safe food.
