個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介：黎爽，講師，本科、碩士、博士均畢業(yè)于四川農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)動(dòng)物營養(yǎng)研究所，主要研究方向?yàn)槲⑸餇I養(yǎng)與機(jī)體健康、野生非釀酒酵母在果酒釀造中的作用。在Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology、Journal of Animal Science等期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文9篇。參與國家級(jí)項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)，省級(jí)項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)，國際合作項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。

主講課程：食品添加劑、食品新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)及創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)
