大連海事大學(xué) 畢 業(yè) 論 文 二○一三年三月 食品冷鏈物流發(fā)展策略研究 專業(yè)班級(jí)： 物流管理 姓 名： 余 斌 指導(dǎo)教師： 劉惠斌 繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院摘要 近年來，冷鏈物流業(yè)對(duì)于提高國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的質(zhì)量和效益的作用漸趨明顯，果蔬冷鏈物流、乳制品冷鏈物流、肉制品冷鏈物流、水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流等細(xì)分市場(chǎng)保持良好發(fā)展勢(shì)頭，逐步走向規(guī)范化。冷鏈物流企業(yè)進(jìn)一步壯大，市場(chǎng)集中度明顯提高，供應(yīng)鏈管理呈加快發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，增值型業(yè)務(wù)成為新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)，冷鏈物流集聚區(qū)得到較快發(fā)展，需求增加使國(guó)內(nèi)冷鏈物流市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇?，F(xiàn)階段，我國(guó)冷鏈物流行業(yè)發(fā)展迎來重大機(jī)遇，促進(jìn)行業(yè)整體水平的提升，完善冷鏈物流體系建設(shè)迫在眉睫。 本論文首先介紹食品冷鏈物流的概念、特點(diǎn)及國(guó)內(nèi)外食品冷鏈物流發(fā)展的概況，然后針對(duì)我國(guó)食品冷鏈物流的現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)我國(guó)食品冷鏈存在的食品冷鏈質(zhì)量不容樂觀、冷鏈物流的硬件設(shè)施陳舊落后，冷藏運(yùn)輸效率低、冷鏈?zhǔn)称饭?yīng)鏈管理不完善的問題進(jìn)行分析，然后提出了加強(qiáng)冷鏈物流的硬件設(shè)施建設(shè)、促進(jìn)冷鏈?zhǔn)称饭?yīng)鏈的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、加強(qiáng)冷鏈?zhǔn)称方ㄔO(shè) 保障食品安全的對(duì)策。中國(guó)冷鏈物流市場(chǎng)商機(jī)無限，市場(chǎng)對(duì)冷鏈基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)備的需求也在迅速擴(kuò)張，未來中國(guó)冷鏈物流業(yè)發(fā)展前景廣闊。 關(guān)鍵字：冷鏈物流；食品冷鏈；食品供應(yīng)鏈Abstract In recent years, cold chain logistics industry to improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth become more obvious role.
